Abstract
This research explains about honing the mindset process and developing student diversity based on the literary work of the novel Whistleblower by Tess Gerritsen. Using the theory of Tzvetan Todorov, this research will explain how novel literary works hone the student's mindset process and how novel literary works can develop students' global diversity. This research also focuses on interesting learning media and can increase students' insights. Todorov's theory will reveal how novel literary works can hone the process of students' mindset, while in this research it will also be explained how to develop student diversity based on the Pancasila Student Profile presented in the Independent Curriculum. The purpose of this research is so that teachers can make this research as one of the media for learning in the classroom by utilizing novel literary works that are more beloved than textbooks.
