Author Guidelines

All manuscripts on Herodotus: Jurnal Pendidikan IPS should be prepared according to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association 6th ed. (American Psychological Association [APA], 2010). The full length of submission manuscript for Article no less than 6000 words; including references, tables and figures (Appendix—Exclude [if any]).

The official language of the manuscript to be published in Herodotus: Jurnal Pendidikan IPS should be in Bahasa Indonesia (Prefered) or English.

The authors must summarize the problem to be addressed, give background on the subject, discuss previous research on the topic, and explain exactly what the paper will address, why, and how. Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

In case, the article was jointly prepared by more than single author, any authors submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to be agreed on this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this policy.
