Abstract


Abstract :The objective of the research is to obtain (1) the effect of perception on the compensation towards the performance motivation, (2) the simultan effet of perception on the compensation and the performance motivation towards social teachers performance, (3) The partial effect of perception on the compensation towards social teachers performance, (4) The partial effect of the performance motivation towards social teachers performance. This study was done at the private vocational high school of Jagakarsa District in East Jakarta. Sample of this study is social teacher of private vocational high school of Jagakarsa District of East Jakarta that taken by satisfied sample. The method of the study is Explanatory Survey Method. Data Analyze Technique is regression with intervening variable. The findings are as follow as: (1) There is positive effect of perception on the compensation towards the performance motivation, (2) There are simultan effet of perception on the compensation and the performance motivation towards social teachers performance, (3) There is no partial effect of perception on the compensation towards social teachers performance, (4) There is partial effect of the performance motivation towards social teachers performance
