The results of TikTok videos featuring Mike the Chameleon highlighted positive outcomes and some challenges. Students were more engaged and enjoyed the interactive nature of the videos, especially the duet feature and pronunciation exercises. Interviews showed that Mike’s approach was interactive and enjoyable, though accessibility for non-English speakers could be improved. Participants valued the combination of interactive content and repetitive exercises, which boosted their fluency, vocabulary, and confidence.
