Evaluasi Program Pelatihan dengan Model CIPP sebagai Upaya Membangun Kompetensi Digital Guru IPA

Abstract


This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency and relevance of training program for science teachers to enhance teachers competencies on creating digital teaching materials. The program evaluaiton was conducted using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Data were collected through observations, surveys, interviews, and document analysis involving 35 science teachers and 3 lecturers. the results showed that the program was effective and efficient to enhances teachers' skills in creating digital teaching materials and relevant to the needs of science teachers. This results also give feedback to decision makers and stakeholders about the follow-up of this program in terms of improvement and sustainability.
