Efektivitas E-Learning dan Kompetensi Asesmen dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Akademik

Abstract
Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan infrastruktur e-learning, seperti akses internet yang buruk dan kurangnya pelatihan bagi pendidik yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran dan kompetensi penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh e-learning dan kompetensi penilaian terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa di Universitas Pattimura. Data dikumpulkan dari 440 mahasiswa yang berasal dari berbagai program studi dengan waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini pada Bulan Mei 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel-variabel kunci: praktik e-learning, pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap terhadap asesmen, dan kinerja akademik yang diukur dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik e-learning dan kompetensi asesmen secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan hasil akademik. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa implementasi e-learning yang baik, dipadukan dengan strategi asesmen yang kuat, dapat berdampak positif terhadap kesuksesan akademik mahasiswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi para pendidik untuk secara efektif mengintegrasikan teknologi dan asesmen ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi lembaga pendidikan, terutama di negara-negara berkembang, untuk merancang program e-learning yang lebih efektif guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan memperkuat kompetensi asesmen.
