Abstract
This study aims to analyze collaborative school culture management in fostering teachers' work commitment, with a management scope encompassing planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation to gather in-depth data. The research subjects include the principal, vice-principal, and teachers at SMP IT Cendekia. The findings indicate that collaborative culture planning is conducted through participative development of the school’s vision and mission, involving the principal, teachers, and stakeholders. In the organizing stage, the principal clearly defines roles and provides opportunities for teachers to participate in decision-making. The implementation of the collaborative culture is realized through regular activities, such as morning assemblies, outings, and skill development sessions, which strengthen relationships among teachers and foster a sense of belonging. Supervision is carried out through regular supervision and evaluation, providing constructive feedback to ensure activities align with the school’s objectives. This study concludes that collaborative school culture management effectively enhances teachers’ work commitment at SMP IT Cendekia. This approach creates a supportive, motivating, and participatory work environment, ultimately reinforcing teacher loyalty and performance in achieving the school’s vision.
