MENINGKATKAN INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOUR GURU DI SEKOLAH PENGGERAK MELALUI WORK ENGAGEMENT DAN SERVANT LEADERSHIP

Abstract


Implementasi kurikulum merdeka yang telah dimulai sejak tahun 2021 sampai dengan saat ini masih membutuhkan perhatian dan dukungan dari berbagai kalangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat innovative work behavior guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka yang dilihat dari aspek servant leadership dan work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) negeri dan swasta yang tergabung dengan Program Sekolah Penggerak Angkatan 1 di Kota Bekasi. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana dengan jumlah 158 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskripsi, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan innovative work behaviour guru di sekolah penggerak perlu meningkatkan work engagement dan servant leadership secara bersama-sama. Work engagement tidak bisa secara parsial mempengaruhi innovative work behaviour. Sedangkan secara parsial servant leadership dapat mempengaruhi innovative work behaviour secara parsial. Kontribusi secara bersama-sama work engagement dan servant leadership terhadap innovative work behaviour cukup besar, yaitu 51,5%. Hal ini tentu saja patut menjadi perhatian para kepala sekolah, pengawas dan dinas pendidikan di Kota Bekasi untuk lebih meningkatkan servant leadership dan work engagementjika ingin meningkatkan perilaku inovatif dalam bekerja para guru
