Abstract


The purpose of this study is to describe the learning evaluation media conducted at SD Plus Tahfizhul Quran (PTQ) Annida using google forms. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research is SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are based on the results of student interviews and on the use of google forms as a medium for evaluating learning, it can be concluded that students find it easy to understand questions, google forms are more efficient and efficient in terms of material and time, checking student answers can make teachers more practical, making teachers be more literate in information technology, train teacher creativity and make it easier for teacher to make assessments faster.
