Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital literacy on educators' skills in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.  This research method is quantitative with an associative type. The sample in this study consisted of 90 teachers in the Sukabumi Regency area, determined using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions using a Likert scale consisting of 5 answer choices from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test with t test and coefficient of determination test. Regression analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between digital literacy and educator skills, with the regression equation Y = 12,590 + 0,712X. The correlation coefficient shows a strong relationship between the two variables, while the coefficient of determination shows that the proportion of variations in educators' skills that can be explained by digital literacy is 52%. Thus, it can be concluded that digital literacy can significantly influence educators' skills.
