Perundungan Dunia Maya dan Dampaknya Bagi Perkembangan Sosial Remaja

Abstract
The rapid development in the current era of digital technology certainly has an impact on human social life. The term cyberbullying or cyberbullying then appeared along with the trend of social media that continues to develop in today's technological era. Cyberbullying is one of the activities that are important to pay attention to because the impact is not much different from bullying activities that are carried out directly. The role of the community, parents, students, teachers, and the government can prevent such activities. Thus, it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of exploring cyber bullying, causes and solutions that can be done based on the sources of journal articles and books. This research used a type of literature review research. The results of the review show that cyberbullying is an activity that needs to be a concern for all circles considering the impact that arises is very dangerous for the psychic and physical of the recipient. Interpersonal relationships, openness, surveillance, and support in the environment are urgently needed to prevent the impact that arises from cyberbullying activities
Abstrak
Perkembangan yang cepat di era teknologi digital saat ini tentu berdampak pada kehidupan sosial manusia. Istilah perundungan dunia maya atau cyberbullying kemudian muncul bersamaan dengan tren media sosial yang terus berkembang di era teknologi saat ini. Perundungan dunia maya ini adalah salah satu aktivitas yang penting untuk diperhatikan karena dampaknya tidak jauh berbeda dengan kegiatan perundungan yang dilakukan langsung. Peran masyarakat, orang tua, siswa, guru, dan pemerintah dapat mencegah aktivitas tersebut. Sehingga, perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perundungan dunia maya, penyebab dan solusi yang dapat dilakukan berdasarkan sumber artikel jurnal dan buku. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian literature review. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa perundungan dunia maya merupakan aktivitas yang perlu menjadi perhatian bagi seluruh kalangan mengingat dampak yang muncul sangat berbahaya bagi psikis dan fisik dari penerimanya. Hubungan interpersonal, keterbukaan, pengawasan, dan dukungan dalam lingkungan sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencegah dampak yang muncul dari aktivitas perundungan dunia maya
