PERSEPSI ATAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN dan PEMAHAMAN KONSEP BERPENGARUH terhadap KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA SISWA SMP SWASTA DI KOTA BEKASI

Abstract


This research aims to determine the effect of perceptions on learning models and conceptual understanding of mathematical problem solving abilities. The research method used is a survey method with correlation and regression analysis. The sample was 94 students. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of perception on the learning model (X1) and Concept Understanding (X2) together on the ability to solve mathematical problems (Y), as evidenced by the calculation of multiple correlations of 0.537 (Coefficient of determination of 28.8 %, R2 = 0.288 with the test results Fcount = 18.402) and the multiple regression equation Y ? = 18,892 + 1,001X1 + 0,419X2. Second, there is the effect of perceptions on the learning model (X1) on the ability to solve math problems (Y), as evidenced by tcount = 4.033 (sig. = 0.000 <0.05). Third, there is an effect of conceptual understanding (X2) on the ability to solve mathematical problems (Y), as evidenced by tcount = 4.089 (sig. = 0.000 <0.05).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terdapat pengaruh persepsi atas model pembelajaran dan pemahaman konsep terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Sampel berjumlah 94 peserta didik Hasil penelitian menujukkan terdapat pengaruh persepsi atas model pembelajaran (X1) dan Pemahaman Konsep (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika (Y), dibuktikan dengan perhitungan korelasi ganda sebesar 0,537 (Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 28,8%, R= 0,288 dengan hasil uji Fhitung = 18,402) dan persamaan regresi ganda . Kedua, terdapat pengaruh persepsi atas model pembelajaran (X1) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika (Y), dibuktikan dengan thitung = 4,033 (sig. = 0,000 < 0,05). Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh pemahaman konsep (X2) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika (Y), dibuktikan dengan thitung = 4,089 (sig. = 0,000 < 0,05).
