PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DAN KECERDASAN LOGIK MATEMATIK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS MATEMATIS

Abstract


Abstract: The Effect of Mathematical Mathematical Learning Model and Intelligence Against the Mathematical Critical Thinking Ability (Experiments in State Junior High Schools in Gunung Sindur District). The purpose of this study include to know: 1) The effect of learning models on students 'mathematical critical thinking abilities, 2) Knowing the effect of mathematical logical intelligence on students' critical mathematical thinking abilities, and 3) Knowing the interactive influence of learning models and mathematical logical intelligence together on students' mathematical critical thinking skills. The research method used was quasi-experimental. Samples were taken as many as 72 students consisting of 36 experimental class students and 36 control class students, using a multi-stage sampling technique. Hypothesis testing uses a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Further tests use the Turkey Test. This research was conducted from April to May 2019. The results showed: 1) There was a significant influence on the mind mapping learning model on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities. This is evidenced by the value of sig. 0.001 <0.05 and Fcount = 11.795. As well as the average score of mathematical critical thinking ability with mind mapping learning model 74.48 which is higher than the direct instruction learning model 69.71. 2) There is a significant influence of mathematical logical intelligence on students' critical mathematical thinking abilities. This is evidenced by the value of sig. 0.013 <0.05 and Fcount = 6.555. As well as the average score of students' mathematical critical thinking abilities with high mathematical logical intelligence, which is 73.87 which is higher than students with low mathematical logical intelligence that is 70.31. 3) There is a significant interactive effect of mind mapping learning models and mathematical logical intelligence on students' critical mathematical thinking abilities. This is evidenced by the value of sig. 0.043 <0.05 and Fcount = 4.246. Thus H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted so that there is an interactive effect of learning models and mathematical logical intelligence on the ability to think critically mathematically.

Abstrak : Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran dan Kecerdasan Logik Matematik Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis (Eksperimen pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Gunung Sindur). Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa, 2) Mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan logik matematik terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa, dan 3) Mengetahui pengaruh interaktif model pembelajaran dan kecerdasan logik matematik secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Sampel diambil sebanyak 72 siswa yang terdiri atas 36 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 36 siswa kelas kontrol, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling multi stage sampling. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians (ANAVA) dua jalan. Uji lanjut menggunakan Uji-Turkey. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan April sampai Mei 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,05 dan . Serta rerata skor kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis dengan model pembelajaran mind mapping 74,48 yang lebih tinggi dari model pembelajaran direct instruction 69,71. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan logik matematik terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. 0,013 < 0,05 dan . Serta rerata skor kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa dengan kecerdasan logik matematik tinggi, yaitu 73,87 yang lebih tinggi dari siswa dengan kecerdasan logik matematik rendah yaitu 70,31. 3) Terdapat pengaruh interaktif yang signifikan model pembelajaran mind mapping dan kecerdasan logik matematik terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. 0,043 < 0,05 dan . Dengan demikian  ditolak dan  diterima sehingga terdapat pengaruh interaktif model pembelajaran dan kecerdasan logik matematik terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis.
