Pengaruh Kemampuan Dasar Matematika Dan Kreatifitas Belajar Terhadap Kompetensi Belajar Fisika (Survei Pada Siswa Smp Negeri Di Kota Tangerang

Abstract

The aims of the study are to analyze the effect simultaneousely and partially of basic skills of mathematics and learning creativity on the competence of learning physics, especially students of SMP Negeri in Tangerang City. If there is a positive and significant influence then how strong the influence of basic skills of mathematics and creativity of learning to the competence of learning physics. The research method used was a survey with correlation and regression analysis, that was by connecting between basic ability of mathematics and learning creativity with student's learning competence in Physics lesson. Data on basic mathematical ability variable was obtained from direct written test given to the respondent which was prepared by researcher in the form of multiple choice questions. Data on learning creativity was obtained from a questionnaire prepared by researcher measuring things related to learning creativity. While data about the competence of learning physics obtained from direct written test to respondents where the questions prepared by researcher in multiple choice questions. Based on data analysis there were concluded: (1) There was a significant influence of the basic ability of mathematics and creativity of learning on the students' learning competence of SMP Negeri in Tangerang City, (2) There was a significant influence of the basic ability of mathematics on the students' learning competence of SMP Negeri in Tangerang City, and (3) There was a significant influence of learning creativity on the students' learning competence of SMP Negeri in Tangerang City.
