PENGARUH PERSEPSI METODE PEMBELAJARAN DAN KINERJA DOSEN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PEMBELAJARAN KALKULUS (Survey Pada Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya)

Abstract


Abstract: Learning is now not limited to physical classrooms. Online and face-to-face learning are combined in a hybrid learning model. Students can learn anywhere and anytime with this flexibility. The purpose of this study was to determine: the effect of perceptions of learning methods and lecturer performance on calculus learning satisfaction, the effect of perceptions of learning methods on calculus learning satisfaction, the effect of perceptions of lecturer performance on calculus learning satisfaction in students of Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya Random sampling of the population without determining the characteristics that will be sampled 87 students. The research method used is a survey method with correlational techniques. The results showed that: there is a significant influence between the perception of learning methods and lecturer performance together on learning satisfaction, this is evidenced by the Sig value. = 0.000 <0.05 and F?????? = 20.267; while the magnitude of the influence of perceived learning methods and lecturer performance together on calculus learning satisfaction is shown by the coefficient of determination which is 30.9%, there is a significant influence of perceived learning methods on calculus learning satisfaction with Sig.= 0.004 <0.05 and tcount = 3.000, there is a significant influence of perceived lecturer performance on calculus learning satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount = 5.730. These results indicate that there is an effect of perceived learning methods and lecturer performance on calculus learning satisfaction at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta.

Abstrak: Pembelajaran sekarang tidak terbatas pada ruang kelas fisik. Pembelajaran daring (online) dan tatap muka digabungkan dalam model pembelajaran hibrida. Mahasiswa dapat belajar di mana saja dan kapan saja dengan fleksibilitas ini.Tujuanpenelitianiniuntukmengetahui: pengaruh persepsi metode pembelajaran dan kinerja dosen terhadap kepuasan pembelajaran kalkulus,pengaruh persepsi metode pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan pembelajaran kalkulus,pengaruh persepsi kinerja dosen terhadap kepuasan pembelajaran kalkulus pada mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Pengambilansampel secara acak dari populasi tanpa menentukan karakteristik yang akandijadikan sampel 87 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahmetodesurveidenganteknikkorelasional.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwa: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi metode pembeljaran dan kinerja dosen secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan pembelajaran, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 dan F??????=20,267;sedangkanbesarnyapengaruhpersepsimetode pembelajaran dan kinerja dosen secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasa pembelajaran kalkulusditunjukkanolehkoefisiendeterminasiyaitusebesar30,9%, terdapatpengaruh yang signifikan persepsi metode pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan pembelajaran kalkulus dengan nilai Sig.= 0.004 < 0.05 dan thitung= 3,000, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi kinerja dosen terhadapkepuasan pembelajaran kalkulus.HalinidibuktikandengannilaiSig.=0.000<0.05danthitung=5,730.Hasiltersebutmenunjukkanbahwaterdapatpengaruhpersepsimetode pembelajarandankinerja dosenterhadap kepuasan pembelajaran kalkulus pada Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya
