Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Matematika Model Mind Mapping Berbasis Pop-Up Book Pada Materi Bangun Ruang Kelas VIII

Abstract
Abstract. This study focuses on determine 1) To find out the material for learning mathematics using a mind mapping model based on a pop-up book to develop student's creativity in learning mathematics. 2) To find out the mind mapping model based on pop-up book mathematics teaching materials to encourage student's creativity in learning mathematics which is valid. 3) To find out that the mind mapping model based on pop-up book mathematics teaching materials is effective to encourage student's creativity in learning mathematics. 4) To find out the responses given by teachers and students on the development of mind mapping models based on pop-up book mathematics teaching materials to encourage the development of student's learning creativity. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD). A sample of 20 students was taken randomly from two schools, namely MTs Khazanah Kebajikan and MTs Unwanunnajah. Data was collected on limited trial by introducing the product to students, distributing validity questionnaires, responses, and instrument creativity directly. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics. The results of the study were based on the validation results which stated that the teaching materials were valid with calculations including: 1) 91% student books, 2) 91% student worksheets, 3) 88.2% validation of creativity instruments. Teaching materials are proved to be effective in encouraging student's creativity in learning mathematics based on the results of 86%, and getting a positive response based on suggestions and input by expert validation, because the use of these teaching materials can improve the quality of learning and student's creativity in learning mathematics. It is proved to be effectively used in encouraging student learning creativity with >= 61%.
