Bibliometrik untuk Mengungkap Tren Penelitian Kinerja Guru: Studi Kasus dengan Biblioshiny

Abstract


This study aims to discover research trends on teacher performance published in Scopus. A gap analysis was conducted to determine the current relevance of research themes on teacher performance and to identify potential novelties for future research. A literature review was employed, involving several stages: 1) data mining from Scopus, 2) identification and filtering of relevant articles based on the publication period from 2014 to 2024 and data sources from journals and proceedings, 3) analysis using Biblioshiny in R Studio, and 4) interpretation of the analysis results. The results show that the theme of teacher performance remains relevant for further research, but it needs to be developed by using additional variables such as cognitive, emotional, and ethical factors. Additionally, new research networks on teacher performance are needed to follow the research trends in 2024, integrating technologies such as big data.
