Strategi Pendidikan Berkelanjutan Melalui Program Kampus Mengajar di Kabupaten Lampung Utara

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the strategy of comprehensive and sustainable education through the Teaching Campus program in North Lampung District. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 20 questions from 5 indicators, namely access to education, quality of learning, quality of infrastructure management, teacher empowerment and character development. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation.  The strategies implemented in this program include: (1) Curriculum and learning development: Students assist teachers in developing curriculum and learning that is more creative, innovative, and student-centered; (2) Improving the quality of infrastructure: Students assist schools in improving the management of school infrastructure empowerment, such as classrooms, libraries, and laboratories; (3) Character development: Students help students in developing character, such as discipline, responsibility, and cooperation; (4) Literacy improvement: Students assist students in improving literacy, such as reading, writing, and arithmetic; (5) Community empowerment: Students help the community in raising awareness about the importance of education. The results showed that the Teaching Campus program in North Lampung Regency has had a positive impact in improving the quality of education in targeted schools in two aspects, namely the quality of learning with GTK facilitation in the use of learning technology has increased from 62.38% to 77%, and the percentage of student character improvement has increased from 53.61% to 74%. Meanwhile, the access to education aspect is still the same as before at 67%, the quality of infrastructure management aspect is still the same as before at 50% and the teacher empowerment aspect is still the same at 82%, so in these 3 aspects there has been no impact from the implementation of the Teaching Campus Program Batch 7 in 2024 in North Lampung Regency.
