Karakteristik Aksi Perubahan Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas di BPSDM Provinsi DKI Jakarta

Abstract

The implementation of changes in Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP) has never been evaluated to find out its characteristics. This is necessary for the development and improvements of the quality in the future. The research was conducted from June to December 2023 using quantitative descriptive research methods, the research results show that: (1) the types of change action innovations of PKP participants are method innovation (99.68%), human resources (99.36%), technology (90.7%), relationships (90 .38%), and service (84.29%), (2) the type of innovation of PKP participants is incremental innovation (100%), (3) replication of innovation of PKP participants is modification (100%), (4) technological innovation of PKP participants generally create systems (87.18%) that are not integrated with the SPBE application, (5) the themes of change actions that are often carried out by PKP participants are regarding data and information, reporting, services and archives, (6) during the implementation of PKP there is no duplication of actions change. To increase the effectiveness of change actions, operational guidelines for integrating change actions into the SPBE application are made, reports are made to the governor regarding the innovations produced by PKP, and PKP's best change actions are included in the DKI Jakarta Government's innovation exhibition.
