Abstract


This research was conducted on 234 public senior high school teachers in Bogor City to ensure improvement in OCB by looking at its relationship with servant leadership, organizational culture, and work engagement. Correlation is the method used. Correlation analysis with a significance level  0.05 was used to test_the_hypothesis. Based_on the_research_results, it can be assumed that OCB can be developed further through strengthening servant leadership, organizational culture and work involvement both exclusively and as a whole. Based on the results of the SITOREM inspection, several indicators were maintained/developed, namely wisdom, empowerment, empathy, compassion, conceptualization, result orientation, team orientation, attention_to_detail,_innovation_and risk_taking, courtesy and altruism.
