KORELASI ANTARA KETERAMPILAN KOLABORASI DAN KREATIVITAS MAHASISWA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA PEMBELAJARAN PROYEK

Abstract


Keterampilan kolaborasi dan kreativitas mahasiswa telah menjadi keberhasilan dalam globalisasi. Selain itu keterampilan kolaborasi, dan kreativitas akan menjadi bekal bagi mahasiswa dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Keterampilan kolaborasi dan kreativitas mampu memberikan kehidupan yang lebih baik dalam kemajuan IPTEK.  Pemanfaatan kapasitas tersebut sebagai alat untuk menunjang hasil belajar siswa perlu pertimbangan yang matang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kedua perangkat kemampuan tersebut dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada kelas Mikroteknik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Keterampilan kolaborasi dan kreativitas digunakan sebagai prediktor, sedangkan hasil belajar digunakan sebagai kriteria. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jurusan Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Borneo Tarakan, Indonesia. Sampelnya adalah 48 mahasiswa kelas Mikroteknik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi keterampilan kolaborasi, tes esai kreativitas, dan tes hasil belajar kognitif. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan kreativitas memberikan kontribusi sebesar 61,2% terhadap hasil belajar kognitif. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat mengembangkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan pelatihan kreativitas serta meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa.
