PENGARUH VARIABEL TAM, PERSEPSI RESIKO, PENGARUH SOSIAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN PENGGUNAAN KEMBALI SECARA TERUS MENERUS APLIKASI MOBILE BANKING BANK KALSEL (Studi Pada Bank Kalsel Cabang Utama Banjarmasin)

Abstract


Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis pengaruh variabel TAM (Persepsi Manfaat dan Persepsi Kemudahan), Persepsi Resiko, dan Pengaruh Sosial terhadap kepuasan dan Penggunaan Kembali secara Terus Menerus Mobile Banking Bank Kalsel. Populasi merupakan keseluruhan  Nasabah Tabungan Bank Kalsel dengan sampel yaitu pengguna Mobile Banking Bank Kalsel menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel yang terdistribusi sebanyak 200 responden sesuai kriteria yang ditetapkan, Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS Ver.22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Resiko berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan ;  Persepsi Manfaat berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan ; Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan ; Pengaruh Sosial berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan ; dan Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  Penggunaan Kembali secara Terus Menerus.
