PENGARUH KEKUASAAN,DESAIN KERJA DAN INOVASI TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN DI JAKARTA TIMUR

Abstract


Abstract. The objective of the research were to analyze the influence of power, work design, and innovation on the service of quality of teachers in the Makasar District Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi East Jakarta. The research was conducted at SMA country teachers in Makasar District Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi East Jakarta. The research problems were (1) there was a direct effect of power onservice of quality, (2) there was a direct effect of work design onservice of quality, (3) there was a direct effect of innovation onservice of quality, (4) there was a direct effect of power on innovation, (5) there was a direct effect of work design on innovation. The study utilized descriptive-correlation method and path analysis of the research teacher questionnaires and documentary analysis. The number of samples was 163 teachers. The finding of the study showed that: (1) there was a direct effect of power onservice of quality, (2) there was a direct effect of work design onservice of quality, (3) there was a direct effect of innovation on service of quality, (4) there was a direct effect of power on innovation, (5) there was a direct effect of work design on innovation. The finding reommended that: to increase the service of quality, (1) increasing power of headmaster, (2) increasing work design of school in the Makasar District Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi East Jakarta.

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kekuasaan, desain kerja, dan inovasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan guru pada Kecamatan Makasar Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru SMA negeri di Kecamatan Makasar Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh langsung kekuasaan terhadap kualitas layanan, (2) ada pengaruh langsung desain kerja terhadap kualitas layanan, (3) ada pengaruh langsung inovasi terhadap kualitas layanan, (4) Ada pengaruh langsung power terhadap inovasi, (5) ada pengaruh langsung desain kerja terhadap inovasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif-korelasi dan analisis jalur penelitian kuesioner guru dan analisis dokumenter. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 163 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara kekuasaan terhadap kualitas layanan, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung desain kerja terhadap kualitas layanan, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung inovasi terhadap kualitas layanan, (4) ada pengaruh langsung kekuasaan terhadap inovasi, (5) ada pengaruh langsung desain kerja terhadap inovasi. Temuan tersebut merekomendasikan bahwa: untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, yang dilakukan adalah (1) meningkatkan kekuasaan kepala sekolah, dan (2) meningkatkan desain kerja sekolah di Kecamatan Makasar Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur
