Pengaruh Tidak Langsung Komitmen Afektif Terhadap Produktivitas Pegawai Melalui Kemalasan Sosial

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung komitmen terhadap produktivitas pegawai melalui kemalasan social. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur. Peneltian ini dilakukan pada Januari sampai Juli 2021 di PT Arbontech Kota Bekasi dengan melibatkan 95 orang sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan pengembangan indikator setiap variabel. Teknik analisis data diawali dengan uji normalitas, analisis jalur dan pengaruh tidak langsung menggunakan sobel tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Komitmen afektif memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kemalasan social memiliki pengaruh langsung yang negative dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kemalasan social dapat menjadi variabel intervening komitmen afektif terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini para pemimpin organisasi atau perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai dari sisi variabel komitmen afektif harus meningkatkan indikator keterkaitan terhadap organisasi karena indicator tersebut memiliki nilai terbesar yang mempengaruhi produktivitas dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan untuk variabel kemalasan social indicator menghindari tanggung jawab merupakan indikator terbesar yang mempengaruhi produktivitas.
