Abstract
This research aims to design and develop mutual cooperation measuring instrument students. This research is the design and development. Stages of research: designing and developing instruments, test or assessment by a specialist expert through quantitative and qualitative assessment, pre-test or pre-test empirical field testing instrument that is small in scale to high school students (SMA/SMK/MA), and empirical testing or field testing is a large-scale trial to high school students (SMA/SMK/MA). At the pre-trial stage of the empirical and the empirical test of homogeneity testing / calculations validity and reliability of the instrument. Of each phase of testing experts and empirical test, followed by repair or revision of an instrument developed. The study concluded that (1) Instruments measuring students mutual cooperation can be developed with 6 indicator comprising: a thankless task, sacrifice for the common good, positively interdependent with one another, carrying out direct communication with other people, do activities together, and resolve issues through deliberation; (2) The results obtained by the development of mutual cooperation instruments to measure high school students' self-assessment in the form of a non-test instruments using a rating scale measuring scale Likert scale form 5 options: Always, Often, Sometimes, Never, and Never Been many as 30 points.
