Abstract
Improving the quality of human resources for the company to its employees is required to increase the growth of the company because the quality of its employees. Therefore, improvement of services can begin with making the right decisions and quickly and objectively, so as to provide excellent service to customers. Information Technology Systems is currently developing very helpful in making accurate decisions. A company very closely with Human Resources issues that continue to operate following the needs of service users, resulting in frequent change of position. It would require a modeling decision is objectively the promotion of employees in the company, to help the managerial decisions quickly and accurately. This study uses comparative assessment algorithm C4.5, bayessian classifier and Neural Network using Rapid Miner software by comparing several classifications. The result of this study is produce a model that can support decision making in terms of determining objectively employee promotion and to meet the challenges of today's business world.
