Abstract
Abstract: The Effect of Perception on Guidance and Learning Motivation Programs on Physics Learning Achievement. This study aims to determine: 1. The effect of perception on the guidance program and learning motivation together on physics learning achievement. 2. The effect of perception of the guidance program on physics learning achievement. 3. Effect of learning motivation on physics learning achievement. The population in this study was the XII grade students of SMAN in Depok in the academic year 2019-2020 with a sample of 86 students taken by multistage random sampling technique. The research method used was a survey method with multiple regression analysis. Before conducting hypothesis testing, the data analysis prerequisites are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, error normality test and linearity test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant influence of perception of the program of guidance and motivation to learn together on physics learning achievement in high school students in the city of Depok. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig 0,000 <0.05 and Fcount = 135.584. (2) There is a significant influence of perception of the guidance program on physics learning achievement in high school students in the city of Depok. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig 0,000 <0.05 and tcount = 5.951. (3) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on physics learning achievement in high school students in the city of Depok This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig 0,000 <0.05 and tcount = 8.022.
