PENGARUH PARTISIPASI AKTIF ORANG TUA DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR ILMU PENGETHUAN ALAM (Survei pada Siswa SMP Negeri di Jakarta Barat)

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1). The effect both of parents' active participation and motivation to in learn together on the learning achievements of Natural Sciences of State Junior High School Students in West Jakarta. 2). The effect of parents' active participation on the learning achievement of Natural Sciences of State Junior High School Students in West Jakarta. 3). The effect of learning motivation on Natural Science students achievement at State Junior High School in West Jakarta. The research method use a survey with correlation analysis and multiple regression. The research has shown that: 1) There is a significant influence of active participation of parents and learning motivation together on the learning achievements of Natural Sciences of State Junior High School students in West Jakarta. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the value of sig. = 0,000 <0.05 and Fh = 133,394. 2). There is a significant influence of parents' active participation in the Natural Sciences learning achievement of State Junior High School students in West Jakarta. This is evidenced by the acquisition of sig value = 0,000 <0.05 and th = 6.436. 3) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on Natural Sciences learning achievement of State Junior High School students in West Jakarta. This is evidenced by the acquisition of sig value = 0,000 <0.05 and th = 4.123.
