Abstract
The problem of post-pandemic learning is the process of adaptation from online learning to face-to-face learning. It is important to take action to change learning patterns so that students become more active and improve their abilities in science process skills. This research is an experimental research that aims to determine the effect of video-based learning and direct learning on students' science process skills, the effect of students' learning styles namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic on students' science process skills, as well as the interactive effect between learning models and learning styles on students' science process skills in class XI IPA of private high schools in the Tangerang City. The research design used was a 2 x 3 factorial design. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a two-way ANOVA and continued with the Tukey test using SPSS version 26.0 for Windows with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant effect of learning models on students' science process skills (2) there is a significant effect of learning styles on students' science process skills (3) there is a significant interactive effect of learning models and learning styles on students science process skills. It indicates that the teachers role to know and understand students learning styles is important in determining the appropriate learning model. The use of appropriate learning models will improve the effectiveness of learning so that students' science process skills can be developed to the fullest.
