Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection softaware to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Plagiarisme checker X software. The research article submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed.  The reviewer give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript. Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to reviewers comments. Publication of accepted articles including the sequence of published articles will be made by Editor in Chief by considering sequence of accepted date and geographical distribution of authors as well as thematic issue.

 

Publication Frequency

STRING was published 3 times a year (April, August, and December). It was first published in August 2016.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Status Submission

We are committed to prompt evaluation and publication of fully accepted papers in STRING. To maintain a high-quality publication, all submissions undergo a rigorous review process. Manuscripts judged to be of potential interest to our readership are sent for formal review, typically to two or three reviewers, but sometimes more if special advice is needed (for example on statistics or a particular technique). The editors then make a decision based on the reviewers' advice, from among several possibilities: (1) Accept, with or without editorial revisions; (2) Invite the authors to revise their manuscript to address specific concerns before a final decision is reached; (3) Reject, but indicate to the authors that further work might justify a resubmission, and; (4) Reject outright, typically on grounds of specialist interest, lack of novelty, insufficient conceptual advance or major technical and/or interpretational problems

STRING (Satuan Tulisan Riset dan Inovasi Teknologi) is a peer-reviewed journal. This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article in this journal, including the author, the chief editor, the Editorial Board, the peer-reviewer­­­­­ and the publisher.

Ethical Guideline for Journal Publication

The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed STRING (Satuan Tulisan Riset dan Inovasi Teknologi) is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is, therefore, important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, the publisher and the society.
