PERILAKU PENGGUNA LAYANAN APLIKASI GOFOOD: PENERAPAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL

Abstract


Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji bagaimana penerimaan teknologi layanan aplikasi Gofood dengan mengimplementasikan Technology Acceptance Model pada pengguna di Jabodetabek.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat explanatory dengan menggunakan data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling purposive sampling dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 160 responden pengguna layanan aplikasi Gofood yang berdomisili Jabodetabek dengan usia >18 tahun. Hasil penelitian menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0 menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Use, Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Use, Attitude Toward Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use dan Perceived Usefulness juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use. Akan tetapi variabel Behavioral Intention to Use memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Actual System Use
