Abstract


The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of virtual laboratory-assisted
learning model and learning interest in the students creative thinking abilities of
chemistry. The study design was 2 x 2 factorial design with three variables consisting of two independent variables and one dependent variable. To obtain research data used in the form of the test instrument the creative thinking abilities of chemistry and scale of student interest. The population in this study were all senior high school students Pasar Minggu District XI Class South Jakarta in the study sample two classes from two schools were equal. The results showed that: 1) There is the influence of Virtual Lab assisted learning model of creative thinking abilities of chemistry. 2) There is interest in studying
the influence of creative thinking abilities of chemistry. 3) There is an interaction effect between learning model assisted Virtual Lab an interest in learning to creative thinking abilities of chemistry. From the research it needs further testing with the t test, which indicates that two group has an influence on the creative thinking abilities of chemistry.
