Analisis Overal Equipment Effectiveness Pada Mesin Plat Rool Ironer Sebagai Acuan Penerapan Total Produktive Maintenance Pada Laundry Hotel Sari Pan Pacific

Abstract

Target of this Research is optimation efectifity of equipments, lessening sudden
damage and improve the operator independence in conservancy of the Plate of Rool Ironer at
laundry department PT HSPP. Method used by a researcher using analysis OEE. From this
research result in obtaining value OEE equal to 70,55% , where this value show the value
which still below/under ideal value or standard from JIPM ( Japan Industrial of Standard of
Plant Maintenance) tired 85%. Even though basically laundry of HSPP have very ready for
applying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), because factor supporter for the applying of
TPM have in running and with the Execution TPM therewith elements it expected by self-
supporting job environment (autonomus Maintenance) can be created.
