Abstract
The rapid development of the city needs to be balanced with the support of adequate public facilities. Some aspects of improving and developing the quality of public facilities in the city include meeting the needs of pedestrians. Raden Intan Street is a strategic road in the city of Bandar Lampung that serves as a center for community activities and has also been designated as a shopping tourism zone. To accommodate pedestrian needs, this area will implement a safe and comfortable pedestrian pathway based on the Complete Street concept. The implementation of Complete Street supported by green infrastructure includes the integration of eco-friendly elements such as green corridors, vertical gardens, rain gardens, and permeable surfaces to effectively manage stormwater. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyse the condition of pedestrian access and also the existing transportation conditions in the Raden Intan Street area, and provide recommendations for designing a streetscape that is in accordance with the application of the complete street concept in the Raden Intan street area. This research is beneficial for enhancing safety and accessibility for all road users, promoting sustainable mobility through eco-friendly transportation, and improving public health by facilitating physical activity. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method by referring to the stages of the landscape architecture design process according to LaGro, which includes the stages of preparation, inventory, analysis, synthesis, and design development.
