	<dc:title xml:lang="en-US">PENGARUH LEVERAGE TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS DAN RETURN SAHAM DENGAN INTERVENING ASSET GROWTH PADA PERUSAHAAN GO PUBLIC DI BEI PERIODE 2011-2019</dc:title>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage terhadap profitabilitas dan return saham dengan intervening Asset Growth pada dua group emiten dengan rasio utang tinggi dan rendah. Analisis diarahkan untuk mendeteksi karakteristik fundamental emiten yang prospektif terhadap profit dan return. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur SEM-Smart PLS dengan 300 sampel purposive pada seluruh sektor di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2011-2019. Hasil group I (DAR&amp;lt;50%) DAR berpengaruh positif terhadap AG; negatif terhadap ROA; dan tidak memengaruhi ROE; Sedangkan AG memengaruhi ROE &amp;amp; PBV. Hasil hubungan tak langsung: AG memediasi DAR terhadap RS melalui ROE, tapi AG tidak memediasi DAR terhadap RS melalui PBV. Menunjukan pada tingkat leverage rendah, kenaikan utang akan meningkatkan profitabilitas, sedangkan pertumbuhan aset akan menaikan harga saham. Kemudian jika asetnya tumbuh tanpa menambah utang maka profitabilitas dan harga saham semakin meningkat sehingga retun makin tinggi. Hasil group II (DAR&amp;gt;50%) DAR berpengaruh negatif terhadap AG &amp;amp; ROA, tapi tidak memengaruhi ROE. Sedangkan AG memengaruhi PBV, tetapi AG tidak memengaruhi ROE. Hasil uji pengaruh tak langsung: AG memediasi DAR terhadap RS melalui PBV, tetapi AG tidak memediasi DAR terhadap RS melalui ROE. Menunjukan pada tingkat leverage tinggi, kenaikan utang akan menurunkan total aset dan sebaliknya, tapi tidak memengaruhi profitabilitas (ROE), dan jika utangnya menurun disertai kenaikan aset maka harga sahamnya akan naik. Penelitian ini menemukan bukti tentang efektifitas tingkat leverage pada struktur modal yang optimal, artinya perubahan rasio solvabilitas pada level tertentu sangat efektif dalam memengaruhi pertumbuhan asset, profitabilitas dan kenaikan harga saham (return).</dc:description>

Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh 35 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Event Study, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalaha data sekunder. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk variabel Trading Volume Activity dan Security Return Variability. Uji Paried Sample T-test digunakan untuk variabel Abnormal Return. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan saat adanya COVID-19 untuk variabel Trading Volume Activity, Abnormal Return dan Security Return Variability</dc:description>

Data time series dari tahun 2015 hingga 2023 dan menggunakan software Eviews. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, pengaruh secara parsial IPM, PDRB, Pengeluaran, SKLH dan Tabungan terhadap Pendekatan Kebutuhan Dasar (BSA) di Kabupaten Kebumen dan Kabupaten penyangga adalah sebagai berikut, Variabel IPM, PDRB, Belanja, SKLH dan Tabungan secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan berkontribusi terhadap Pendekatan Kebutuhan Dasar (BNA) di kabupaten Kebumen dan kabupaten penyangga, Pengaruh IPM terhadap Pendekatan Kebutuhan Dasar (BNA) di Kabupaten Kebumen dan kabupaten penyangga berpengaruh signifikan dan positif, Pengaruh PDRB terhadap Pendekatan Kebutuhan Dasar (BNA) di kabupaten Kebumen dan kabupaten penyangga berpengaruh positif signifikan, Pengaruh belanja terhadap Pendekatan Kebutuhan Dasar (BNA) pada Kabupaten Kebumen dan kabupaten penyangga mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan, Pengaruh SKLH terhadap Pendekatan Kebutuhan Dasar (BNA) di kabupaten kebumen dan kabupaten penyangga signifikan tidak memberikan pengaruh positif, pengaruh Menabung terhadap Kebutuhan Pokok Pendekatan (BNA) di Kabupaten Kebumen dan kabupaten penyangga signifikan berpengaruh negatif. 	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dan kontribusi pajak hotel dan restoran terhadap PAD (Pendapatan Asli Daerah) Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan di Badan Pendapatan Keuangan Daerah DKI Jakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yaitu menganalisis data realisasi pajak hotel dan restoran tahun 2021-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pajak hotel persentase kontribusi terbesar berada di tahun 2022 sebesar 3,26% dan perentase terendah 2021 sebesar 2,09%. Untuk pajak restoran memiliki rata-rata kontribusi 6,31% dimana kontribusi sebesar 7,43% di tahun 2022 dan dan terendah sebesar 5,19% di 2021. Sedangkan tingkat evektifitas dari pajak hotel dan pajak restoran pada tahun 2021-2022 sudah sangat efektif karena secara keseluruhan tingkat efektivitas mencapai persentase lebih dari 100%</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Business is undergoing a change called the new wave, which is a change in (traditional) production-based economies into a knowledge-based economy. This is because Intellectual Capital is considered as a source that has a competitive advantage for a company. Information technology (IT) also provides many benefits for companies that use it well. One of the competitive advantages turns out that Intellectual Capital by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia has not been utilized as an asset that can improve company performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Intellectual Capital and IT Competence on Innovation in improving Competitive Advantage and explain the moderating relationship between IT Competence and Knowledge Base View on Firm Performance. Intellectual Capital and IT Competence have no effect on Innovation in improving Competitive Advantage. Innovation serves as a full mediation of intellectual capital with firm performance. Likewise, the competitive advantage functions as a full mediation towards IT Competence and firm performance.  </dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">This study aims to determine how much influence social media has on business opportunities in RT 04 RW 08 Tugu Depok. The research method is descriptive statistics with the sample in the study being residents of RT 04 RW 08 Tugu Depok. The number of samples as many as 52 samples with a sampling technique that is random sampling. The data collection technique is distributing questionnaires to residents containing questions that include indicators from Social Media including Context (), Communication (), Collaboration (),), and Connections (). Testing the validity of an instrument can be seen from the value of the loading factor with a value of more than 0.50 meaning 15 questionnaires are declared valid for the research instrument. The results of the reliability test were carried out using the conbarch's alpha value and the results were 0.913. The conclusion obtained is that there is a significant effect on social media with indicators of context, communication, collaboration, and connection on business opportunities in RT 04 RW 08 Tugu Depok, there is no significant effect on indicators of communication and connection to business opportunities in RT 04 RW 08 Tugu Depok, there is a significant influence on context indicators and collaboration on business opportunities in RT 04 RW 08 Tugu Depok, the indicator that has the most influence on business opportunities is collaboration with a t-count value of 5.943.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak dari pemberlakukan kebijakan pemulihan dan penguatan ekonomi melalui sektor Investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi 34 provinsi di Indonesia pada periode 2018 hingga 2021. Dengan menggunakan model difference in differences, sejumlah 544 item data panel yang diobservasi menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemulihan dan penguatan ekonomi melalui Investasi harus memperhatikan karakteristik dan kemampuan sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh setiap daerah di Indonesia. Tujuan baik dari kebijakan tersebut ternyata tidak berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan PDRB daerah di Indonesia yang dibuktikan dari hasil Diff in Diff estimator yang menunjukkan bahwa sektor Investasi berdampak negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Management control systems in organizations are one of the important topics in management accounting. The selection of the right management control system is actually influenced by environmental uncertainty in the organization. It is necessary to review the literature regarding the implications of the uncertainty of the organization's environment on the selection of a management control system. This article is compiled based on the ideas supported by a literature review using content analysis. The content analysis stage starts from searching for relevant articles, selecting articles and collecting criteria for each article. The result is that the system changes that will be used are closely related to the organizational structure, objectives, and implementation of planning. This is because the control system itself actually means as a device of interconnected communication structures that facilitate information processing with the aim of helping management coordinate the parts that exist to achieve organizational goals on an ongoing basis. The uncertainty of the organization's environment clearly has on the selection of a management control system, so that with a rapidly changing environment the organization has implications for the need for more detailed information in order to maximize the function of the management control system.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study analyzes the factors influencing purchase intent and repurchase in social commerce. The main goal is to understand the contribution of variables such as ease of use, performance expectations, social Influence, and risk perception to consumer behaviors. The number of research samples was 120 respondents. The analysis method used is a partial least squares structural equation respondent, which allows researchers to measure and validate constructs and explain relationships between variables. The results showed that initial purchase intention significantly positively impacted repeat purchase intent, contributing to 55.8%. The variables of ease of use and performance expectations also influenced purchase intent significantly. While social Influence is insignificant, risk perception is a mediator that reinforces the relationship between initial and repeat purchase intent. The implications of these findings include practical advice for companies in designing marketing strategies, product development, and customer management. The marketing strategy should be focused on communicating ease of use and product performance expectations. Companies must also understand and manage consumer risk perceptions to build trust and increase repeat purchase intent. These implications guide practitioners and researchers in understanding the dynamics of consumer behaviors in a broader context.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Penelitian kualitatif deskkriptif ini bertujuan mengkaji gaya kepemimpinan demokratis Kepala SMK dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan yang berdaya saing di SMK Karya Guna 2 dan SMK Bina Mandiri Kota Bekasi yang bermanfaat sebagai bahan masukan untuk kebijakan penyelenggara pendidikan, sebagai tolok ukur proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan mutu lulusan yang berdaya saing pada SMK dan sebagai dasar pengembangan Peningkatan konsep Manajemen pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, Guru dan Staf secara observatif di lapangan, kemudian dianalisa berdasarkan temuan-temuan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan ideal bagi Kepala SMK adalah bergaya Demokratis, proses pengambilan keputusan dengan Musyawarah, serta melibatkan semua unsur pimpinan secara mufakat, proses melaksanakan keputusan dengan mendelegasikan wewenang dan tanggung jawab kepada bawahan, dampak penerapan gaya kepemimpinan positif dengan meningkatkan kompetensi unsur pimpinan, implementasi evaluasi program dilaksanakan dengan objektif dan kontinyu, gagasan inovasi model kepemimpinan diberikan apabila memiliki kendala dengan model gaya kepemimpinan lain.</dc:description>

Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode instrumen kuesioner dan didapatkan responden sebanyak 186, melalui teknik Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu PLS-SEM menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasilnya, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas merek, kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, pengalaman merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kecintaan merek, kecintaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, serta pengalaman merek secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas merek dengan dimediasi kecintaan merek</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan produk, harga dan promosi mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen RM AW Immanuel Rawasari, Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode field research yaitu mengadakan observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran angket, juga dengan metode library research yaitu studi pustaka dengan membaca jurnal, buku dan internet, sifat data berupa data kualitatif dengan instrument penelitian berupa angket. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen RM AW Immanuel Rawasari, Jakarta Timur sebanyak 300 orang dan sampel penelitian ini yaitu 75 orang dari perhitungan menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus Solvin.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner.Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SPSS Statistics 25 untuk memperoleh hasil pengolahan data berupa , uji uji normalitas, uji Multikolinieritas, uji Heteroskedastisitas dan uji F. Dari pengolahan data tersebut secara parsial menyatakan bahwa ada Pengaruh produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, Ada Pengaruh Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsurnen dan ada pengaruh Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Serta secara simultan adanya pengaruh antara produk, harga, dan promosi secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen RM Imanuel Rawasari Jakarta.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar untuk mengendalikan penularan Covid-19 telah melumpuhkan perekonomian. Dampaknya adalah penurunan penghasilan yang berimbas pada kemampuan ekonomi keluarga bertahan selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketahanan ekonomi keluarga di Depok pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga di Depok dimasa pandemi Covid-19 mengalami penurunan khususnya dari sisi pendapatan dan kemampuan memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Namun dari aspek kepemilikan tempat tinggal, pembiayaan pendidikan anak, dan jaminan keuangan keluarga, ketahanan ekonomi keluarga di Depok dapat dinilai cukup baik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya strategi pengelolaan keuangan keluarga yang cukup baik.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">UMKM semakin berkembang dan bersaing dalam lingkungan bisnis yang terus berubah seperti saat ini di era digital, maka perlu dilakukan pemantauan dan pemahaman terhadap kinerja perusahaan untuk mencapai tingkat bisnis yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya, dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana bisnis yang dijalankan tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Variabel intervening yaitu fintech (financial technology) juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Penentuan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik proportional random sampling kemudian simpel random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 286 sampel UMKM di Kota Depok. Sumber data primer diambil dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan parametrik dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan fintech (financial technology) sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Capital expenditures by local governments are carried out in the context of procuring tangible fixed assets to finance the implementation of regional autonomy which ultimately aims to improve people's welfare. This study aims to investigate the effect of local revenue and revenue-sharing on capital expenditures in DKI Jakarta Province with the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach using data for the period 1987-2020. The results of the study indicate that there is a long-term relationship between the capital expenditures of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and the variables of local revenue and revenue-sharing funds. In the long run and the short run, the capital expenditure development of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is significantly influenced by the level of local revenue and revenue-sharing funds. If there is a disturbance or shock to the balance, then about 74.02 percent of the imbalance that occurred in the previous period will return to the equilibrium point in the current period.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Konsep green marketing sekarang ini mengalami perkembangan disebabkan adanya tuntutan masyarakat yang peduli terhadap lingkungan. Atas dasar tuntutan ini, banyak perusahaan telah sadar bahwa perlunya mengimplementasikan konsep green marketing dalam rangka memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan diduga dapat berpengaruh kuat terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada Starbucks Coffee di Makassar. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 250 mahasiswa di tiga perguruan tinggi di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penggunaan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green marketing memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan berdasarkan aspek pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Brand Loyalty menjadi satu hal yang penting untuk dicapai seorang pelaku usaha demi menjamin keberlangsungan usahanya. Studi ini mendalami terjadinya pengaruh Online Customer Review dalam mempengaruhi dimensi dari Brand Equity, yakni Brand Awareness, Brand Association, dan Brand Loyalty. Untuk mengukur Brand Equity, penelitian ini menargetkan pelanggan dari produk fesyen hijab Buttonscarves. Dengan menerapkan jenis penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research), data dikumpulkan dari 130 responden melalui survei online dengan menggunakan Google Form. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur. Temuan penelitian mengkonfirmasi bahwa Online Customer Review memberikan dampak positif terhadap Brand Awareness dan Brand Association secara signifikan. Selain itu, Brand Awareness dan Brand Association juga diketahui mampu memediasi hubungan Online Customer Review dan Brand Loyalty</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model lembaga Bimbingan Belajar (Bimbel) yang layak di Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Coba bandingkan kelebihan dan kekurangan waralaba yang merupakan salah satu model bisnis yang paling dikenal daripada Non-Waralaba (usaha mandiri). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ditemukan peneliti dan melakukan analisis terhadap fenomena yang terjadi di lembaga bimbingan belajar dengan analisis SWOT untuk mengkaji kekuatan dan peluang kemudian dimanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin untuk mengurangi kelemahan dan ancaman. Setelah dilakukan analisis SWOT dan perumusan strategi baru, ternyata Bimbel masih mendapatkan kendala strategi dari berbagai sektor. Lebih jauh lagi, Bimbel membutuhkan strategi bisnis yang dijalankan dengan baik dalam memilih Franchising daripada Non-Franchising (usaha mandiri). Penelitian ini menggali data dengan menggunakan 6 Bimbel yang terdiri dari 3 Waralaba dan 3 Bimbel lainnya Non Waralaba yang kesemuanya dioperasikan di Bekasi.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Taxes are the main source of government revenue, both central and local governments. Various ways have been done to increase revenue from this tax, including local governments through various regional tax reforms. The purpose of tax reform is to increase regional revenues from the taxation sector which will be used for the prosperity of the people through economic growth and regional development. This study aims to investigate the effect of tax revenue on economic growth in DKI Jakarta Province. The research method used is a quantitative method with data from the DKI Jakarta Province in the 1987-2019 period. Regression analysis will be used and processed with SPSS software. The result obtained from this research is that local tax revenues have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the DKI Jakarta Province during the period 1987-2019. Regional autonomy policies also affect the economic growth of DKI Jakarta. The implication of this finding is that the sustainability of local tax revenues is needed to increase economic growth in DKI Jakarta. Local tax revenues should also be used to fund productive projects or activities so as to accelerate economic growth</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">This study aims to examine the effect of taxpayer awareness, knowledge and understanding, and sanctions on MSME taxpayer compliance. The sample of this study was 80 respondents who were owners of micro, small and medium enterprises in Suralaga District, East Lombok Regency. The research results of this study were collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using the t test. The method used in determining the sample of this study is to use purposive sampling. The data quality test used in this study was the validity test of the Pearson correlation and the reliability test using Cronbach alpha. To test the hypothesis in this study using the t test. The results of this study indicate that all variabels have a significant effect such as taxpayer awareness, knowledge and understanding, tax sanctions have an effect on taxpayer compliance.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Maraknya mobil murah di Indonesia menjadi peluang bagi perusahaan otomotif Cina. Namun, mobil Cina butuh sentuhan magis untuk bisa bersaing di pasar otomotif Indonesia dan bersaing dengan mobil Jepang atau Korea Selatan. Hal ini juga membutuhkan modal yang kuat untuk berekspansi di dalam negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang pengaruh faktor kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 90 responden. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel karakteristik pelanggan, harga, promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan karakteristik pelanggan,harga,promosi, kepuasan pelanggan terhadap Keputusan pembelian dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pelanggan, harga dan promosi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan pelanggan berfungsi sebagai mediator pengaruh tidak langsung karakteristik pelanggan, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar pada Pendapatan Domestic Bruto (PDB), penyerapan tenaga kerja, pendistribusian pendapatan masyarakat, pengentasan kemiskinan, serta pengurangan pengangguran yang kesemuanya ini akan berdampak pada sektor perekonomian bangsa. Permasalahan dalam pengembangan UMKM yang diklasifikasikan diantaranya, permasalahan permodalan, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, pengembangan produk, serta tidak keseluruhan pelaku usaha yang familiar dengan pemasaran menggunakan media digital. Disini membutuhkan peran pemerintah sebagai pemangku kebijakan dan stabilisator perekonomian untuk memberikan beberapa program, kegiatan, pembinaan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan secara menyeluruh kepada seluruh lapisan pelaku usaha baik yang di kota maupun dipelosok supaya secara merata mendapatkan pembinaan pemerintah untuk tumbuh menjadi UMKM yang produktif dan memiliki daya saing dalam mengembangkan produk sebagai spesialisasi produk daerah masing-masing serta menjadi produk ekonomi kreatif unggulan bangsa. Pemerintah sebagai pemangku kebijakan perlu terus menstimulus pelaku usaha UMKM untuk terus mampu bertahan dan tumbuh menghadapi permasalahan internal dalam perkembangan UMKM maupun permasalahan dari luar yang tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadi seperti kondisi perekonomian bangsa dalam krisis perekonomian ataupun situasi bangsa yang berada di masa pandemi. Permasalahan dalam pengembangan UMKM serta kondisi perekonomian dan bangsa sangat memberikan sumbangsing yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM itu sendiri dan disini peran pemerintah dalam berbagai program, pembinaan, pendampingan, sangat dibutuhkan para pelaku UMKM untuk mampu bertahan dan terus berkembang dalam segala situasi untuk kontribusinya dalam perekonomian</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In Indonesia, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital to the nation's economy, significantly contributing to GDP, employment, and social stability. Despite their importance, MSMEs often face challenges such as limited access to digital tools and financial resources. In response to these barriers, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) launched the LINKUMKM application, a digital platform to empower MSMEs through enhanced e-commerce capabilities, financial services, and digital literacy training. This study aims to investigate the impact of LINKUMKM on MSMEs, particularly in improving business operations, expanding market reach, and enhancing financial management.The study is motivated by the need to understand how digital platforms like LINKUMKM can bridge the digital divide and support the growth of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive market. A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing interviews and data analysis to gather insights from MSMEs using the LINKUMKM application. The findings reveal that MSMEs leveraging LINKUMKM have experienced notable improvements in sales, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. The platform assists MSMEs in digital adoption, from setting up online stores to integrating payment systems and accessing fintech solutions, fostering a more robust digital presence.Practically, LINKUMKM addresses the digital literacy gap by providing customized training programs that enhance the technical skills and confidence of MSME owners and employees in using digital tools for business expansion. The study highlights the critical role of digital interventions like LINKUMKM in empowering small businesses, enabling them to compete more effectively in the global market. 	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">E-wallets or electronic wallets have become an alternative payment method because they allow users to do things online quickly and safely. This research aims to determine how much intention to use the ShopeePay e-wallet influences sales promotion, ease of use, and trust. The study was conducted on 160 active Shopee users in the Jakarta area. This research is a quantitative method with a hypothesis testing type of research. Analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS application. The research results reveal that sales promotions and ease of use significantly influence the intention to use the Shopeepay application. In contrast, other determinants, namely trust, do not influence Shopee users to use Shopeepay</dc:description>

ROA, ROE dan NIM merupakan variabel profitabilitas dan LDR merupakan variabel likuiditas yang telah diuji pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan PBV. Penelitian dilakukan pada empat bank BUMN di Indonesia, dengan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel model common effect periode 2011 hingga 2020. Hasil studi menyimpulkan ROA dan NIM memiliki pengaruh positif dan berarti terhadap nilai perusahaan, tetapi ROE tidak terbukti pengaruhnya. LDR berpengaruh negatif dan berarti, selanjutnya secara bersama-sama ROA, ROE, NIM serta LDR memiliki pengaruh yang berarti terhadap nilai perusahaan</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisa apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan uang elektronik terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan angket. Jumlah populasi yang diteliti adalah 430 orang dengan sampel 81 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai tingkat sensitivitas perilaku konsumtif terhadap penggunaan uang elektronik itu sendiri adalah 32% yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi Y = 42,26 + 0,32X. Sedangkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,325 dan koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 10,56%. Kemudian dalam uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,085 dan ttabel sebesar 1,664 atau thitung &amp;gt; ttabel. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan uang elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Indraprasta PGRI tetapi memiliki korelasi yang rendah dengan kontribusi variabel penggunaan uang elektronik sebesar 10,56% terhadap variabel perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dan sisanya sebesar 89,44% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang menentukan tigkat investasi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan meggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Teknik analisis data penelitian kualitatif menggunakan teknik analisis domain dimana Analisis domain pada hakikatnya adalah upaya peneliti untuk memperoleh gambaran umum tentang data untuk menjawab fokus penelitian dengan membaca naskah data secara umum dan menyeluruh untuk memperoleh data dan hasil penelitian. Langkah dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1) Pengumpulan data, 2) Klasifikasi data, 3) Reduksi data, dan 4) Menarik kesimpulan. Sumber data yang digunakan menggunakan adalahr data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan sumber informasi melalui web, buku, jurnal nasional dan situs resmi. Hasil yang didapat adalah 1) Tingkat Bungan sangat berperan dalam menentukan tingkat investasi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terjadi dalam suatu negara, apabila tingkat bunga rendah maka tingkat investasi yang terjadi akan tinggi. 2) Bila keuntungan yang diharapkan pada marginal Efficiency Of capital lebih kecil dari tingkat suku bunga yang berlaku secara rill maka investasi tidak akan dijalankan. 3) Terjadinya peningkatan aktivitas perekonomian secara terus menerus. 4) Adanya kestabilan politik dalam upaya peningkatan penanaman modal dari luar negeri meningkat</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Prediksi arus kas di masa datang sangat berarti bagi investor untuk menghindari ketidakpastian dalam investasi. Untuk memprediksi arus kas masa datang diperlukan laporan keuangan, seperti laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh laba dalam memprediksi arus kas di masa datang pada perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2017- 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari Bursa Efek Indonesia yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan analisis hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laba kotor memiliki kemampuan yang paling baik dibandingkan dengan laba operasi dan laba bersih dalam memprediksi arus kas di masa mendatang, dikarenakan labar kotor memiliki nilai signifikan yang paling baik. Secara parsial laba kotor dan laba operasi yang terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi arus kas. Sedangkan, secara simultan laba kotor, laba operasi, dan laba bersih mempunyai kemampuan prediktif terhadap arus kas di masa mendatang.</dc:description>
