Sikap Guru Dalam Melaksanakan Kebijakan Kurikulum Paradigma Baru

Abstract


Education is essentially a lifelong process of self-discovery to actualize one's full potential (a lifelong process of self-discovery), which gives satisfaction and meaning to one's life. In the 2022 curriculum, teachers and students must have a new paradigm by utilizing IoT (Internet of Things), utilizing virtual or augmented reality and utilizing AI (Artificial Intelligence). Therefore, changing the new curriculum is very urgent, which directs and shapes students' character to be ready to face the 5.0 industrial revolution. This research is in the form of library research directed at strengthening the content, with several findings, that the 2022 curriculum has three curriculum options that can be chosen by each education unit, namely: 2013 Curriculum, Emergency Curriculum (simplified 2013 Curriculum), and Curriculum 2013 prototype. Various attitudes of teachers in carrying out the curriculum of this new paradigm, teachers can become follower teachers, development teachers, or creator teachers. These three attitudes of teachers contribute significantly to implementing the new paradigm curriculum, which is currently underway
