<span>Physics learning aims to gain an understanding of facts, the ability to recognize and solve problems on an object, and have a scientific attitude that can be demonstrated in everyday reality. With the development of curriculum in universities, students are allowed to further hone their skills in following the learning in the classroom. The method used in this research is quantitative approach by using questionnaire of learning motivation, learning result as a data source. The population at the same time the subject used is Civil Engineering student class A with total 35 students. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes were 74, 65, the standard deviation of 5.37 with the highest score was in the score of 85.00 and the lowest score was 66.00, the learning motivation scores were in the 100-130 interval for the high category, score 0 -80 medium category. Regression test results obtained t<sub>count</sub>: 7, 54> t<sub>table</sub>: 1.68, with a significance level of 0.05. So the motivation to learn students in the implementation of lab laboratory is very supportive students in construct knowledge and skills possessed. The conclusion in this research is the need of improvement from the aspect of student's learning motivation in following the learning or the implementation of practicum activities so that the learning outcomes obtained are satisfactory.</span>Muhammad Syahrul Kahar

This study aims to determine the application of blended learning with edmodo application based on PDEODE learning strategy (Predict-Discuss-Explain-Observe-Discuss-Explain). The process of teaching science teaching in class VIII MTs Negeri Magelang is still running monoton that is still using conventional method, so that students are more passive. Utilization of technology and the internet is less effective, whereas facilities and infrastructure that exist in school is complete. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in 4 stages, they are plan, act, observe, and reflect. Data analysis technique using <em>gain standar</em> to know student achievement before and after action. The results showed that the application of blended learning with edmodo application based on PDEODE learning strategy can improve student achievement of VIIIF grade MTs N Magelang. This is evidenced by the percentage of students' learning mastery of pre-cycle to cycle 1 increased 31%, increase from cycle I to cycle II by 62%, and increase from pre-cycle to cycle II by 93%.Noor Emmy Ekawati

This research aims to produce a mathematics instructional design emblem recognition numbers in grade 1 Elementary School Exceptional Tunagrahita, especially students with Down syndrome. This study design is based on the analysis of the mathematical competence requirements that should be owned by SDLB graduates first class as early competence to continue math in grade 2 and baseline characteristics of learners to fit the given instructional design. The collection of data by observation and interviews with teachers and parents of students. This research referring to the Instructional Development Model (MPI). This watchfulness consists of several steps, namely: (1) identify needs and writing instructional objectives, (2) the instructional analysis, (3) identify the behavior and character of early learners, (4) write aim instructional special, (5) composed result evaluation tool learns, (6) composed strategy instructional, (7) develop instructional materials, (8) carry out formative evaluation. <p>This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, and adversity quotient on Physics problem solving. This research is based on the low problem solving of Physics, caused by self-efficacy and adversity quotient. The research used a quantitative approach, survey method with path analysis technique. A sample of 100 students selected at random. The data collection technique used questionnaires to measure self-efficacy, and adversity quotient, while the essay question was used to measure the Physics problem solving on the electric current matter. The result of the path coefficient calculation in the path analysis model is more than 0.05 which means significant. Physics problem-solving path coefficient on self-efficacy 0.222, with contribution 4.92%. Physics problem-solving coefficient on adversity quotient is 0.290 (8.41%). The contribution of self-efficacy to adversity quotient is 7.18% with path coefficient 0.268. The result shows that adversity quotient has a more dominant influence on Physics problem-solving.The results of the study show that: (1) self-efficacy has a positive effect on Physics problem solving, (2) adversity quotient has positive effect on Physics problem solving, (3) self-efficacy has positive effect on adversity quotient, and (4) self-efficacy gives an indirect effect on Physics problem solving through adversity quotient.</p>Napis Napis

This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK), which aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through NHT type cooperative learning model in students of class VIII A MTs. Muhammadiyah conducted collaboratively between researchers and teachers of mathematics studies. In the implementation of this research, it is done by giving group worksheet and observation sheet of student activity using NHT type cooperative learning model after giving an explanation about Pythagoras Theorem material as much as two cycles that cycle I and II. After being given group worksheets then conducted the assessment includes assessment of test results of a cycle I and cycles II and group worksheet to students that is by applying learning model of cooperative learning type NHT. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A which amounted to 20 students consisting of 15 male students and 5 female students. Techniques of collecting data in research are this observation and test. The data obtained were then analyzed. The results of the study showed that the implementation using NHT type cooperative learning model on Pythagoras Theorem material. the ability of students in solving problems on the material above has increased. With the increase of the average value of students in the first cycle was 43.45 and increased in cycle II 83.90. Improvement of student learning outcomes to mathematics learning using NHT type cooperative learning is good. This is indicated by the average value of group learning outcomes in cycle I 60.00 or being in the medium category and the average score of the learning outcomes of the group in cycle I 82.50 or in the high category. The application of instructional strategy must be considered to the characteristics and students' culture to get an optimal learning result. The Indonesian character's to be based on this strategy isn't finish the task well if there is no compulsion or punishment. This character to be a background of purpose task and forced instructional strategy. This strategy emphasized a routine task and well plan for the students, notice the deadline for finishing the task and the punishment if the task doesn't finish well. This strategy can be the alternative strategy to increase learning quality, especially to develop the student's awareness about how the study is the important things for themselves.Leonard Leonard

Physics-based learning of local potentials on simple plan materials as a source of learning the art of carving through levers, incline, pulley and wheel pivot, learning that equip knowledge about the potentials become benchmarks and reference in developing Jepara regency. Design research using <em>One Group Pretest-Postest Design.</em>analysis included: normality and homogeneity, t-test hypothesis and gain test. Based on the result of t-test (t<em><sub>hitung</sub></em><t<em><sub>tabel </sub></em>= 0.0057 <2,00) there is difference of Science Process Skillsbefore and after physics learning based on local potency and gain test result there is an increase of 0.347 is moderate category. The level of performance among Indonesian students in Mathematics is still critical. This study aims at comparing provinces within each of three islands, and then all three Islands in general, the comparison focused on the performance in mathematics during 2014/2015 national examination. Islands involved in the current research are Java, Sumatera, and Kalimantan. For each province from every island, the researchers selected urban districts by using the formula of Krecie & Morgan (1970), with .05 degree of accuracy, and then systematic sampling to select schools. On Java Island, the researchers selected 669 out of 1065 schools, 508 out of 621 schools on Sumatera Island, and 203 out of 235 schools on Kalimantan Island. Gathering data involved documentation. The researchers analyzed the data by using NCSS 11 and JASP 0.8.3.1. The findings indicated a significant difference among provinces and even Islands on the performance in Mathematics, p<.01, and Sumatera is the most performing island in Mathematics.Devi AnggriyaniMartin IryayoHarun Rasyid
